Now cover with a lid and allow it to cook in it's own juices. No water should be added. After about 15 minutes, when it's nearly half cooked, add fresh Green Peas.
  4. Cover with the lid and allow it to simmer on a medium high heat until done. Gravy can be adjusted according to one's choice. You can completely dry it up or leave a bit semi dry. It's absolutely your family's preference. Also check for Salt too at this stage. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves. Serve hot with Chapatis, Phulkas, Naans or Pulao.
