  7. 45 min de repos. Rest for 45min to double the volume of the dough.
  8. Cuire 32 min à 425°F avec plat d'eau sous le pain = croute croustillante. Bake 32min at 475°F and put a bowl with water in the oven under the bread to make a crunchy crust.
