  5. Add in red or green chilli if you like,
  6. Well is cooked, turn off heat and serve on a plate.
  7. Add some leek strips on top and garnish with some sesame seeds. Finished.

Once you marinate this pork, you can keep some uncooked in the freezer to fry and eat later.
