  4. Take as required Oil for deep frying

  6. Take 2 tbsp oil
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
  8. Take 1 tbsp green chillies finely chopped
  9. Make ready 3 tbsp white sesame seeds
  10. Get 1 tbsp Red Chilli sauce
  11. Make ready 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  12. Get 1 tsp vinegar
  13. Get 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  14. Prepare 1 tsp black pepper powder
  15. Get as per taste Salt
  16. Take 1 tbsp cornflour slurry
  17. Make ready 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  18. Prepare 2 tbsp Spring onions chopped (only greens)
  19. Take 1/2 tsp sugar

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or kadhai. Add chopped garlic and saute for a minute

  4. Add red chilli sauce, soy sauce and vinegar to this mixture. Mix well and cook for a minute
  5. Add tomato sauce and black pepper powder and mix it well.
  6. Add the corn flour slurry. Corn flour slurry is a mixture of 1 tbsp of corn flour with little water,to make into a thick paste.
  7. Keep stirring until the sauce is thickened. Cook for few minutes remove it from flame and add honey and spring onions green to it. Keep it aside
  8. Peel and Cut the raw banana into 1 inch roundels. Dip these roundels into corn flour and salt mixture to coat them well from all sides
  9. Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry the raw banana in batches till the raw banana are half cooked. Remove it on tissue paper or butter paper.
  10. Once they are cooled down, one by one press then gently with your palms to flatten them.
  11. Now in hot oil fry these flattened raw banana pieces until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove the excess oil and transfer to a plate.
  12. Finally add these to the Honey chilli sauce and coat it all over.
  13. Serve them immediately garnished with more roasted sesame seeds and spring onion greens.
