  1. In Dutch oven, brown ground beef and season with garlic salt, onion powder, & pepper
  2. Drain grease and put beef back in Dutch oven.
  3. In a medium size bowl, add stewed tomatoes (cut up in small pieces). Then add chopped green pepper and chopped onion. Mix together.
  4. Pour the stewed tomatoes/onion/green pepper in Dutch oven with the ground beef.
  5. Add the package of Brooks Mild chili seasoning and mix together.

  7. Season again with garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper. Then add the chili powder, ground red pepper, ground cayenne pepper, and sugar.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Bring to a boil and let simmer on low for 3 hours.
